In connection with the Rehabilitation Operational Unit, the service deals with prevention, diagnosis and rehabilitation of primary and acquired cognitive-linguistic pathologies. The main pathologies treated are sequelae of ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, vascular and degenerative encephalopathies, Parkinson’s disease and parkinsonism, head injuries, ENT pathologies, aphasia, phonation disorders, swallowing disorders, attention deficit, apraxias, memory disorders , etc. Motor, neuropsychological rehabilitation, speech therapy rehabilitation and occupational rehabilitation path are foreseen, also in VRRS (augmented \/ immersive Virtual Reality) virtual environment, and in Telerehabilitation. The staff operates in a multidisciplinary perspective taking charge of the patient as a whole in a continuous and direct comparison between the various professional figures. It also provides the connection and coordination with the territorial job placement team (NIL).
