Hause ben\u00f6tigen und folgende Merkmale aufweisen:<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>eine Situation teilweiser oder vollst\u00e4ndiger Nicht-Selbstversorgung vor\u00fcbergehender oder endg\u00fcltiger Art<\/li>\n<li>ein Zustand der Gehunf\u00e4higkeit und der Nichttransportierbarkeit zu ambulanten Gesundheitseinrichtungen<\/li>\n<li>ein famili\u00e4res Netzwerk und\/oder formelle oder informelle Unterst\u00fctzung<\/li>\n<li>Wohnverh\u00e4ltnisse, die die Durchf\u00fchrbarkeit der Hilfe gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div> <\/div>\n<p><strong>Dienstleistungen erbracht<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Der Haus\u00e4rztliche Dienst erbringt folgende Leistungen:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pflege:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Erkennung von Vitalfunktionen, Blutproben, COVID-Abstriche, Injektionen, Management von peripheren und zentralen Venenkathetern, intraven\u00f6se und subkutane Infusionstherapie, enterale Ern\u00e4hrung, einfache und komplexe Verb\u00e4nde f\u00fcr Hautl\u00e4sionen (Dekubitus, Operationswunden, Gef\u00e4\u00dfgeschw\u00fcre), Patientengesundheitserziehung an die Pflegekraft, Management von Blasenkathetern, Stomamanagement, evakuierende Einl\u00e4ufe<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rehabilitativ: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Physiokinesitherapie (motorische, neuromotorische, respiratorische Rehabilitation, Gehtraining), logop\u00e4dische Rehabilitation, Ergotherapie.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hilfe:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>technische Assistenz der Pflegekraft f\u00fcr besonders komplexe
